Rowdy Red Construction is a developer-focused general contractor founded in 2024, specializing in the renovation and repositioning of the city's historic commercial stock.
We pursue, intentionally, the work most contractors avoid: complex urban projects that demand coordination across uses, the integration of modern systems into historic fabric, and disciplined control of logistics in dense environments.
Because we evaluate every decision on its impact to the overall investment — not just constructability — we navigate tradeoffs with clarity, reduce unnecessary cost exposure, and keep the project aligned with the owner's long-term objectives. Delivering high-end environments demands a different standard of coordination, detailing, and accountability, and we are accustomed to executing to a refined, design-driven standard for exacting stakeholders.
A tight core of senior leaders runs every project day-to-day — the same people who have delivered our historic San Francisco portfolio together, project after project.

More than twenty years across construction and real estate development — capital improvement programs, repositioning, and ownership-side project management throughout the Bay Area. Marisa provides executive oversight: financial control, owner interface, procurement authority, and strategic planning.

Graduated from Central Washington University with a B.S. in Construction Management. Beau joined Rowdy Red as a project engineer in 2020 and advanced to Project Manager and head of the Millwork group by 2025, earning two company Excellence Awards along the way. He has overseen project managers, superintendents, estimators, and quality control across a portfolio carrying roughly $30M in annual revenue. A Certified Millwork Professional and Procore-certified PM, Beau is passionate about fostering collaboration and aligning the team to deliver high-quality construction outcomes.
Working with Rowdy Red activates Brick & Timber Collective — a San Francisco development firm focused on repositioning architecturally significant assets — as an ownership-minded advisory layer alongside the construction team.

Two-plus decades as a real estate executive and developer, preceded by senior leadership at one of the largest global facilities-management firms. Glenn reads buildings as dynamic systems — lifecycle cost, operational performance, and the downstream implications of every construction decision.

More than $10B in approved development — private work for major institutional clients and public-sector advisory across the region's leading agencies. Jesse de-risks the most unpredictable part of delivery by actively managing regulatory pathways so approvals track the schedule.

Support across more than $1B of projects nationwide — commercial, residential, retail, and restaurant. Tommy operates with a builder's discipline and an owner's mindset, bridging strategy and execution in the field.
Brick-and-timber and masonry-bearing-wall renovations delivered on the same blocks, in the same building types, again and again.
A fully integrated Procore platform gives owners live visibility into cost and schedule — variance reporting, not surprises.
Phased, low-disruption execution in live, tenant-occupied environments across our recent San Francisco portfolio.
The leaders who win the work run the work — committed to the project for its full duration, not rotated off after award.
Union MEP relationships aligned with San Francisco's permitting and inspection cadence keep approvals moving.
An embedded ownership-side advisory layer connects design intent, construction reality, and long-term asset performance.
That's the work we pursue. Tell us what you're planning.
